Gather around the table for an unforgettable autumn evening here at Fold of Liberty Farms.

As the sun sets over the pastures, join us for a relaxed, evening celebrating local food, community, and the harvest season. This special dinner features a chef-prepared meal crafted with our own farm-raised beef, paired with fresh seasonal ingredients and served in the beautiful setting of our working regenerative farm.

Enjoy a delicious menu including hand-carved Top Sirloin Roast, Marsala Chicken, rosemary garlic mashed potatoes, lemon butter asparagus, artisan breads, and a fresh strawberry pistachio salad. Refreshments will also be provided throughout the evening.

Before dinner, take time to wander the farm, meet our friendly Highland cows, sheep, and chickens and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere that makes Fold of Liberty Farms so special. Feed the animals, learn about their important role on the farm, and discover how regenerative agriculture helps us restore healthy soil, care for the land, and build a more sustainable future for generations to come.

Throughout the evening, you’ll also have the opportunity to explore the Freedom Vehicles Military Museum and learn how it preserves the stories and sacrifices that secured on nation’s freedom through living history.
