Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of:

  • foldofliberty.farm
  • utahcowcuddle.com

By using the sites or purchasing goods/experiences, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

Fold of Liberty Farms is a working farm offering farm goods and on-farm activities, including events and animal experiences.

2) Purchases and bookings

Availability & substitutions

  • Farm goods are seasonal and may be limited. We may substitute comparable items if something becomes unavailable (when reasonable and applicable).

Pricing & taxes

  • Prices may change at any time. Applicable taxes/fees may be added at checkout.

Payments

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms as well.

3) Pickup, delivery, and missed pickup (if applicable)

Add the option(s) you actually offer:

  • On-farm pickup: You’re responsible for arriving during the posted pickup window.
  • Missed pickup: Perishable goods may not be eligible for refund or replacement after the pickup window.

(If you do delivery, add: delivery area, fees, and “customer responsible for correct address.”)

4) Refunds and returns

Because many farm products are perishable, all sales may be final except where required by law or where a product issue is verified (wrong item, damaged at pickup, etc.).
If a problem occurs, contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with photos when applicable.

5) Event and experience policies (including cow cuddles)

Reservations & punctuality

  • Tickets/slots may be limited. Arrive on time; late arrival may reduce your session time.

Rescheduling

  • For Utah Cow Cuddle bookings, we may allow moving your date/time at no cost within 48 hours of purchase, subject to availability.
    (If you want this to be “48 hours after purchase” vs “at least 48 hours before the session,” tell me and I’ll tighten the wording.)

Cancellations

  • If you cancel, refunds/credits are handled according to the specific event page or checkout policy (you can paste your exact rule here; I can write it cleanly).

Weather and farm conditions

  • Farm experiences are outdoors and may be affected by weather, mud, smoke, or animal needs. We may reschedule, modify, or cancel for safety or animal welfare. If we cancel, we’ll offer a reschedule or credit (or refund, if you prefer—your choice).

6) Safety rules, assumption of risk, and liability waiver

A farm is inherently hazardous. By visiting or participating, you acknowledge and assume risks including (not exhaustive):

  • uneven ground, mud, slips/falls
  • insects, allergens, weather exposure
  • animal behavior (kicks, bites, stepping, sudden movements)
  • farm equipment and vehicles

You agree to:

  • follow staff instructions and posted rules
  • supervise children at all times (and keep them within designated areas)
  • avoid unsafe interactions with animals (no chasing, climbing fences, feeding without permission, etc.)

Release and limitation of liability (basic version)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Fold of Liberty Farms and Utah Cow Cuddle from claims arising from ordinary negligence related to participation, except where prohibited by law. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

(If you want a stronger, Utah-specific waiver clause, I can draft a more formal “Event Waiver” page too.)

7) Health & accessibility

If you have allergies, mobility limitations, or health concerns, contact us before booking so we can set expectations and make reasonable accommodations where possible.

8) Photography and media

You grant us permission to use photos/videos taken during events that may include you for promotional purposes, unless you notify us at check-in that you wish to opt out. (We will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing you.)

9) Intellectual property

All site content (text, photos, logos, branding) is owned by us or licensed. You may not copy or use it commercially without permission.

10) Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services
  • harass staff or other guests
  • ignore safety rules or trespass into restricted areas

11) Disputes, governing law, and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Utah, unless otherwise required by law.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
